Dr. Rebeca Chow is a mental health expert, keynote speaker, and leader.

Experience.

Exploration.

Life.

With more than 25 years of experience across clinical, leadership, and business settings, Dr. Chow brings a grounded perspective to how people grow, lead, and relate to one another. Originally from Costa Rica, her approach is influenced by the spirit of “Pura Vida”, a reminder to value presence, relationships, and what matters most. She draws on that lens to help audiences make sense of generational differences, mental health, workplace culture, and the forces influencing how we live and work today

Dr. Chow takes ideas that can feel complicated, clinical, or abstract and making them understandable in everyday life. Whether the focus is work, relationships, wellbeing, or the changing world around us, she helps people recognize themselves in the conversation and leave with something they can actually use. Her style is thoughtful, engaging, and practical, with space for reflection, humor, and the kind of insight that stays with people after the conversation ends.

Away from the stage, Dr. Chow shares life in Kansas City with her Gen X husband, Gen Z daughter, and Gen Alpha son. Living across generations gives her a personal view of the differences, pressures, and everyday dynamics she explores in her work, while also reinforcing one of the lessons she values most: sometimes the most meaningful thing we can offer another person is simply our presence.
